A Retreat for Moms
Restore Moms Retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and rediscover your true identity as a beloved daughter of God.
We’ll pray, rest, and remember just how powerful, meaningful, and Christ-filled your life is as a mother.
February 27 – March 1, 2026
Weekend Details
Retreat
Based on “Life of the Beloved” by Henri J.M. Nouwen, Restore helps us make room for intentional prayer, reflection, sacrament, and community.
Community
You’ll have time to reflect and commune with other moms. Sometimes, we just need time to be present with each other.
Rest
The first four letters of restore! You can’t give from an empty cup. Retreat will fill your spiritual cup and help you be a better you for all those who love you.
Meet the Team
Cecilia Phan
Hi! I’m Cecilia and my husband, Michael, and our two daughters live in Placentia. I have the honor of ministering to young families throughout our diocese and am thrilled that the Moms Restore retreat is finally here! Moms– especially young moms in the midst of infanthood and toddlerdom– need to hit pause, realign their hearts, and allow themselves to be built up in love.
My hope is that moms in our diocese (re)discover their own belovedness and meet others who share in their joys and understand their challenges. I know it will be a weekend of renewal and transformation for all who get the opportunity to experience it.
Gabi Garcia
Hi there! I’m Gabi and I live in Anaheim with my husband Mat and our three kiddos.
What I love about retreat is hitting pause on the busy mom life, soaking up that one-on-one time with God, and having meaningful conversations with other people that don’t involve explaining why we can’t have ice cream for breakfast.
My hope on this retreat is that every mom leaves with a full heart, renewed joy, and the reminder that she is God’s beloved. I can’t wait to meet you there and share in this journey together.
Teresa Monette
Hi, I’m Teresa! I live in Ladera Ranch with my husband Mike, who teaches theology and humanities at JSerra, and we have two little ones with a third on the way. We attend San Francisco Solano in RSM. I’m really looking forward to the chance to rest, recharge—and most of all, to serve every mom the Lord invites to join us for the weekend.
My hope is that this retreat becomes a space where moms can meet new friends, find encouragement, and discover a supportive community.
More than anything, I pray it’s a time for souls to be refreshed and for every mom to be reminded that she’s not alone.

It is located at 4050 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, CA 92057
What is the refund policy?
You can get a partial refund (minus the deposit and credit card fees) if you cancel before November 21.
I'd love to sponsor a mom in need!
If you are in a financial place to donate a scholarship to another mom who maybe wouldn’t be able to go without one, we would appreciate it. This year has been really tough for a lot of families, so we are hopeful to be able to offer several sponsorships to moms who need it. They will be tax deductible, too!
